The 3-level system
Use three lanes:
- Auto-publish: safe formats (tips, insights, evergreen)
- Quick review: anything with claims, numbers, or strong opinions
- Manual only: controversial topics, legal/medical/financial
Review checklist (30 seconds)
- Is the hook clear?
- Is there one main idea?
- Is the CTA obvious?
- Any risky claims?
- Any repeated phrasing?

Review inside the doc. No meetings.
